Questions clinic owners usually ask.

Will I lose my Google rankings when the new site launches?

No. We map and redirect every existing URL, preserve page structure where it is working, and handle the technical migration so your visibility carries over. Launch is a handover, not a reset.

Who writes the content? We do not have time.

We do. You give us the raw material — how you talk about treatments, what patients ask you — and we turn it into persuasive, HCSA-compliant pages. Your review is the final step, not the writing itself.

How long does the whole project take?

Most clinic websites take six to eight weeks. A larger site with many treatment pages, doctors, or locations may take longer — you will know the timeline before we start.

Can the website connect to our booking system and PMS?

Yes. We integrate with your existing booking, WhatsApp, and practice management workflow so enquiries land where your front desk already works. We adapt to your systems, not the other way around.

What happens after launch? Who maintains it?

We do — hosting, security, backups, updates, and fixes are part of the engagement. You will not be left holding a website nobody supports.

Do we own the website?

Yes. Domain, hosting, analytics, and the website itself are all in your name. You are never locked into a proprietary setup that makes it difficult to leave, update, or improve the site later.

Do you use templates?

No. Every site is designed around your clinic's positioning and patient profile. A LASIK clinic and a TCM clinic should not share a skeleton — and ours do not.

What if we already have a website we mostly like?
